FonTel - Call Recorder is a free Android application designed to automatically record phone calls. The app comes packed with privacy features to protect your recordings from prying eyes. With FonTel, you can encrypt your call recordings and password-protect access to the app.
The app has a configuration wizard that helps you set up automatic recording of all calls, incoming calls only, or outgoing calls only. The manual recording mode allows you to turn recording on or off during a call. You can choose to save or remove recordings after a call and make notes. FonTel lets you include or exclude numbers, record outgoing calls with a delay, and record incoming calls in advance.
The app supports WAV (G.711) or AMR-NB file format, and you can increase the audio gain up to 30dB. FonTel has an automatic gain control feature and automatically deletes the oldest recordings to keep free space or after a certain time.
